During various work activities with different companies national and international, Jonas gained diverse experience in project management and as a consultant. After graduating in informatics with outstanding performance, Jonas decided to get his PhD within the scope of business models of internet startups and cloud providers. At the same time he managed and taught a course at the Technical University Berlin and supported students in identifying business opportunities. Jonas detected the challenge of building trust online and decided to tackle that problem! As the CEO of Trustami he is responsible for the areas business development and acquisition of investors and for keeping both, the vision and the team, on track. When he is not busy with Trustami he keeps fit with beach volleyball and sailing.

Thorsten gained experience in installing and operating complex IT-infrastructures as well as software engineering for many years. With his strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills he substantially contributes to the teams skill-set. Hence, at Trustami Thorsten is responsible for technology and infrastructure. After studying physics he decided to get his PhD in business informatics at TU Berlin. Having operated for several years as a freelance consultant in the IT-industry, Thorsten provides both a consulting and entrepreneurial spirit to Trustami. Keeping his deep-knowledge in IT in balance, Thorsten loves to sail from time to time - especially in the North Sea.

Having studied both software engineering as well as industrial engineering and management, Christoph is able to combine technical and customer-oriented knowledge. He conducted IT-projects in various top level firms in the media and banking industry and hence gained valuable insights into practical fields. Further, Christoph developed his intercultural and interdisciplinary skills during his exchange term in Sweden. At Trustami Christoph is responsible for the product development and proves that complex algorithms can be transferred into customer- and user-friendly solutions. As a long-term endurance sports enthusiast he loves not only to go camping and hiking but even more important: adds persistence and an iron will to the team.

When it comes to questions and issues sourrounding our service, Vesna is the the first port of call. She makes sure, your customer experience is as comfortable and easy-going as possible. With her years of experience in customer service she always has an open ear for you. We are very happy to have her in our midst, since we really appreciate her warm and friendly way.

Energetic and outgoing, Jessica is a valuable addition to the support team. In addition to her work as a digital designer, she enjoys being actively involved in the Trustami headquarters. After her design studies, Jessica gained professional experience in several creative professions and spent some time in Stockholm.

Anneleen is responsible for HR and partner topics at Trustami as a "Communications and HR Business Partner". In her role, she serves as a link between the interests of management, employees, and partners. This includes responsibilities in partner management, public relations, and marketing processes, integrating business psychology approaches into the organization. Through her position in the staff function, she coordinates communication between the marketing, sales, and support departments.

Laura has only recently started supporting our team. However, with her reserved and warm manner she is already a valued employee and always ensures a pleasant atmosphere in the office. After her training as an IT specialist, she has now landed directly with us. Good, we think! Beyond the office, she roams the big city with her camera in search of exciting motifs and flies around the globe in virtual worlds on the flight simulator.

Various tasks around the marketing of Trustami fall into the area of responsibility of Sabrina. This includes, among other things, the management of the social media channels or the creation of new blog posts for the website. She also supports the team in Customer Support. Besides her work at Trustami, she is doing her Master in Business Management & Development.

After reading the first physics books about relativity, it was already clear to me in school that I would study physics. It helped me that I have always been interested in technology and computers and that I have a degree in theoretical physics (Diplom). Until now I have worked as a software and embedded developer. After my 3 month advanced training at Spiced Academy I am now employed as a Data Scientist at Trustami. In my free time I have always played and/or watched soccer, gambling, reading, watching movies did not fall by the wayside either.

Lennart examines customer reviews for plausibility, evidence, and market relevance, searches for errors, and helps develop creative approaches to solutions. His studies in software engineering at CODE-University Berlin and his experience in applied customer management gained at home and abroad help him in this task. Outside the data world (of office and studies), Lennart likes to devote himself to all kinds of crafts, measure his strength while working outdoors, take pictures and is a music enthusiast.

Viktoria expands our marketing team: As a dual student, she is working on her bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on marketing communication and digital media. At Trustami, she is part of the social media team and actively supports the customer support department. She can apply her theoretical knowledge from her studies to many areas of marketing work.
