Lets start off by saying I not a computer software expert, had an issue with windows 10 key not wanting to verify, sent them an email and had it resolved in a few emails of detailing the issue.
I have another computer that I want to upgrade soon, will definitely be using Digilicenses.com again. Thank you again for all the help!!"

They kindly helped me free of charge to download and re-install Office 2021 Professional Plus. Digilicenses were very helpful."

"Purchase completed and email with invoice and confirmation received. Then it said another email with the licence keys will be sent to me in a few minutes. But no email for hours (not even in spam).

Edit: Eventually, their customer support responded to my complaint and gave me a new key from there. Unfortunately, the key did not work. After a few backwards and forwards in email correspondence, they eventually gave me a new key that works."
