"The ability to order a vehicle was quite simple but there were a few things I did not like which is why I am only giving a 3 star rating and won't be ordering through the site/broker again.
1) I don't believe it makes sense for a "buy it now" price to have auction fees added when the vehicle was not purchased via the auction.
2) I don't like the fact that Copart allows the buyer to pick up their vehicle but A Better Bid forces you to use a"

"AbetterBid is an absolute scam. I placed a bid on a vehicle, and the “export only” condition was not disclosed in the disclaimer before bidding. It was only revealed after the bid was placed, supposedly as the reason for the refund. They then demanded payment for the invoice and shipping, which they refuse to refund.
Additionally, they advertised the vehicle as having a clean title, but it turned out to be a salvage title. To make matters worse,"
