"Avis in general is spectacular but Avis at the train station in Milan is horribly complicated. We were returning our rental there before catching a 7:10 am train and we could not find where to return the car. We missed our train, googled, tried calling (got hung up on) by the autobot and finally after driving in circles, the office was open and the lady at the counter brokenly communicated that it was across the street and down.
