Ordered a school blazer - Pro-Direct sends one that's too small.
We create a return and submit an exchange - Pro-Direct sends a blazer that's too big.
We are then unable to return the blazer as it is an exchange rather than an order, so it doesn't appear in the Order History on the website.
What is more, the item was then out of stock on the website.
