"Zuerst: Ich bin mit der E-Mail-Beratung und dem darüber erhaltenen Angebot der Reisekrankenversicherung ProVisit zu hundert Prozent zufrieden: Die Antwort auf meine Anfrage kam prompt am nächsten Tag - und nach Klärung einer offenen Frage hatte ich das Angebot am übernächsten Tag in der Mail. Beim Angebot fand ich insbesondere attraktiv, dass die Versicherungsgesellschaft direkt mit den Ärzten abrechnet, Versicherte also nicht in Vorleistung"

"I purchased a month insurance and then I wanted to extended it for another month. I filled up the form they sent me to renew the insurance for another month and they never replied to me so I was left without insurance for a all month (I kept waiting for an answer, and still nothing). I didn’t even feel safe for my first month with the insurance at this point…I will never do it again. "

"Heute wurde ich großartig von einer Mitarbeiterin bei Dr-Walter beraten. Ich hatte ein beinahe unlösbares Problem mit einer privaten Haftpflichtversicherung, aber Wohnsitz im Ausland und wurde schon bei anderen Anbieter abgewiesen. Frau Ninnemann hat alle Probleme gelöst und mich wahnsinnig kompetent beraten. Gerne wieder. Fünf Sterne!"
