"Absolutely shocking service from this company. My wife ordered a heat press from their ebay store for my new business on april 5th order no 08-12922-10753. It was to be delivered by fedex. It apparently "was lost" before it got to fedex. We were assigned a new heatpress again to be sent by fedex. this one apparently was "damaged" en route and returned to monster by fedex on the 16th of april, though judging by reviews here I suspect it was sent"

"We are still waiting for our hot tub cover it was started that it was in stock , then now emailed us saying possibly by the end of the month. We needed it ASAP as we have guests in our holiday let . We also have no tracking number to track our delivery? Please can you let us know what our delivery tracking number is????Been extremely frustrating!!!!!!"
