"Ordered a medical device. Repeated calls and emails to customer service resulted in nothing. I was told it would be sent in five business days and that was a month ago. I just called to cancel the order and I was told that they will get back to me in 5 to 7 business days to confirm the cancellation. After reading all the other posts I have no hope of getting this resolved. I will contact my credit card company to handle a refund, hopefully. This"
