"Am 02.07.24 einen Kaufvertrag mit Gebrauchtwagen-Garantie abgeschlossen! Der Beitrag dafür wurde auf den Kaufpreis aufgeschlagen! Am 31.08.24 erhielt ich ein Schreiben der mobile-Garantie, indem mitgeteilt wurde, dass die Firma A.K. Automobile den Beitrag zur Garantie trotz Zahlungserinnerung nicht gezahlt hat und die vorläufige Deckungszusage erloschen ist!
Als ich noch am 31.08.24 den Verkäufer telefonisch erreichte wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass"

"Ich rufe seit 2 Monaten dem Händler hinterher, da ich immer noch keine Papiere habe. Der Verkäufer ist nie da und er meldet sich nicht selbstständig zurück. Als ich den Verkäufer endlich erreicht habe und vom Kauf zurücktreten möchte, heist es, dass das Autohaus in Insolvenz ging und das Auto jetzt die Bank hat. Einfach verschwiegen. Das ist so eine Masche bei denen. Wie kann ein Unternehmen über Nacht in Insolvenz gehen? Ich empfehle dieses"

"Achtung: ‼️ Nach Neuwagenkauf bis heute keine Herausgabe des Fahrzeugbriefes. Anmeldung und Nutzung des Fahrzeuges somit nicht möglich. Inhaber & Verkäufer reagieren seit Wochen auf nichts! Klage wegen Unterschlagung und Betrug ist eingereicht. Das Gericht wird hoffentlich klären, ob hier eine Insolvenzverschleppung vorliegt. Kann nur jeden vor diesem Autohaus warnen!"

Service ist miserabel und man wird nur belogen und hingehalten. KV wird nicht erstellt und einfach repariert. Man bekommt einfach ne Rechnung ohne vorab eine Information zu bekommen. Wir waren mit unseren Auto in der Inspektion. Eine Woche später keinen TÜV bekommen. Werkstatt arbeitet nicht gewissenhaft. Da geht man extra zu denen, damit das Auto TÜVfertig ist und dann durchgefallen. Dann soll man noch die"
