"Bärbel Hirsch kann nicht alles und will sie nach eigener Aussage auch gar nicht. Aber im Arbeitsrecht zum Thema Kündigung, Aufhebungsvertrag, Abfindung plus x (!) macht ihr meiner Meinung nach wohl so schnell niemand etwas vor. Ich kann jetzt aus Erfahrung sagen: Sollte ich noch einmal in eine ähnliche Situation geraten, greif ich zum Hörer und rufe in "meiner " Kanzlei wg. Termin mit Frau Hirsch an.
