1. At all times through the sales process, I dealt with the UK based company - FJP Investment. However the contract was signed with another company, FJP Marketing. That FJP Marketing is based in Gibraltar was not made clear to me at the time. When the investment failed, I had a lawyer send a letter claiming that FJP Investment had miss sold the investment.
