Trustami do not directly asks your customers for reviews and is the only independent review provider. Already existing reviews are precious and valuable. For that reason we offer the possibility to protect your reviews in case of an account deletion or a provider switch.

"Es ist nicht mehr der OTTO VERSAND wie vor 40 Jahren man ist per Du statt per Sie. Otto bestellt selber bei China und verkauft dann teuer weiter deswegen klappt es mit der retoure nicht. Habe am 06.05.2024 bestellt dann sofort die Rücksendung beantragt wir haben heute den 02.09.24 und soll angeblich am 4.9.24 abgeholt werden. Bin gespannt. Sehr nervig alles. Werde nicht mehr bestellen bei OTTO. Sorry."

"ware Lieferung gut nur im nachhinein Garantie und hilfe Mangelhaft mir wurde nicht geholfen bleib trotz Garantie darauf sitzen einen Monat gebraucht um mir das mitzuteilen . ältere Leute reseknieren bei diesen Metoten ich war sehr entteucht und empfehle das mit der Garantie vorab zu klären , bei anderen Versandhäusern ist mir das noch nicht passiert"

"Ich habe vor nicht mal 1 Jahr eine Matratze zum Preis von 500 Euro gekauft ,nach nicht mal einem ½ Jahr ist die Matratze durchgelegen !Ich habe mich dann an den Kundenservice von Otto gewandt und Ihnen das Problem geschildert ! Antwort war dann :machen sie mit dem Zollstock Fotos der durchgelegenen Matratze ….das tat ich dann sofort . Dann kam die nächste Aufforderung ich solle den Bezug der Matratze abziehen diese dann auf den Boden legen und"
