Warum müssen Verkäufer und Käufer beide die Maklergebühren zahlen? Und warum sind die Gebühren abhängig vom Verkaufspreis und nicht von dem was vom Arbeitsaufwand reingesteckt wurde? Ich glaube wirklich, dass Maklerbüros wie sie Mitschuld an den extrem teuren Preisen in der Stadt Salzburg sind."
