"Ich bin mit meinen zwei Hündinnen bei ihr. Immer direkt vom Welpenalter ab. Mir gefällt ihre ruhige Art im Umgang mit den Tieren und den Menschen. Sie erklärt viel und nimmt sich immer Zeit auf die Fragen, die man hat, zu antworten. Man bekommt immer zeitnah und der Situation entsprechend einen Termin."

"I find it unreal that there is no emergency section.
Today I called about my cat who started shaking excessively and wouldn't stop, I told them she was under a lot of stress and that I was afraid for her life and the lady on the phone said nothing but "we don't have time for appointments, try another vet that opens in an hour".
Such a thing is absurd!"
