"Korkdeckel leid beschädigt. Da nur optische Beeinträchtigung und keine Funktionseinschränkungen wurde der Deckel nicht ersetzt. Kokusssubstrat war zu wenig um Wurzelballen anständig zu bedecken. Ansonsten waren die Pflanzen und das Glas gut verpackt."

"Ein sehr schönes Pflanzglas mit der Beleuchtung. Sehr gut verpackt, auch die Pflanzen in einem tadellosen Zustand. Die Kokosscheibe, die man in 75ml auflöst, ergibt etwas wenig Bodengrund. Da sollte man vorbeugen und etwas Erde dazutun, aber sonst alles in Allem eine klare Kaufempfehlung wenn man Spaß an so etwas hat"

"Dos cosas y siento decir que no positivas precisamente.
La primera es que el pedido llegó con retraso, además no llego a mí domicilio, dirección de entrega, llegó a un punto de entrega en otro barrio.
La segunda es que las plantas que me llegaron, especialmente el bonsai, sufrían de enanismo, nada que ver con el de la fotografía. La respuesta a mis quejas es un bono para que vuelva a comprar y que ya crecerá con el tiempo.

"In verband met troebele vijver een bacterieblok en een vijver algen schoon blok gekocht.
Vijver zou in 10 dagen helder zijn. Dat haalde die niet, maar na een dag of 20 keek ik ineens weer tot op de bodem van de vijver. Dus absoluut aan te bevelen. Eindelijk iets dat echt werkt. "
